Expect competition on anything move-in ready.
$250,000 to $350,000
This is where Salisbury's median sale price sits (about $300K for Jun–Aug 2026), so it's the busiest range. Expect three- and four-bedroom resale homes from the 1960s through the 2010s, plus most of the new construction in town: Smith Douglas' Winecoff from about $273K, True Homes' Shay Crossing from the high $200s, Century Communities' Grants Landing from about $303K, D.R.
